Model PRV1A is a pressure reducing/regulating valve. It is a dual threaded valve with 1" female as well as 1 1/4" male threads. It is rated for 1 to 25 gpm and is adjustable from 15 psi to 150 psi. It is a stainless steel valve with a molded thermoplastic spring cage. It also has three additional ports (2) 1/2" and 1) 3/4") that can be used to tee off to separate lines. The PRV1A has a thermal bypass. This allows water to flow in the reverse direction if you get higher pressure on the downstream side of the valve than the valve inlet pressure is.
