Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and will be verified when you contact us for the Return Authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection. If the return qualifies for a refund, we will issue a full product refund less our cost shipping it to you originally.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping cost and insurance (which we recommend in case of loss or damage on the return trip). Packaging breaks down when product is shipped. Add packing material if needed before shipping back.
